Dana called before he arrived and was on time. He thoroughly examined the faulty door and rather than launch into an expensive repair tried a modest fix which seemed to work. He advised us to call if the problem recurred and explained the next step would involve replacing the motor and attendant electrical systems. He appeared very competent and businesslike. We appreciate his time and will certainly call Precision if and when we have further need. Also thanks to the company for having a human being answer the phone. Not all companies do this anymore.
