Jered came back out today to install a belt driven garage door opener, along with an access keypad on the outside of the garage. Wow, the unit sounds fantastic, nice and quiet, and works excellent! Jared was just as pleasant and helpful this time as he was when he came for the repair job last week. Showed up on time and ready to work. Precision Garage Door was the only company I used when I lived in California. When I moved to Coeur d’Alene, and I saw their trucks, I was happy to know they were up here and I knew they would be the ones I would call if I ever had a problem. Sure enough, I had a broken hinge on one of my garage panels. I called them at 8:15 PM last night to put in a message for a service call, but an actual person answered the phone live and scheduled an appointment for the next morning at 10:00 AM. Super impressed! Jered came out and gave an honest assessment, fixed the problem, and when I inquired about replacing the garage door opener, he showed me some options. I went ahead and placed an order and they will be installed the next business day. I am very impressed with Precision Garage Door in this area as well, and Jered was great to work with. Thanks guys!
