Barry diagnosed a faulty control board on our older garage door opener and advised it was better to install a new opener vs install a non warrantied control board. That was a good idea and Barry was able to install the opened at the same appointment. The garage door opener is doing great now and I am very pleased with the job. Old units removed that weren't functioning well and new ones installed quickly. Remotes programmed to open both doors and even programmed buttons in our vehicles to open the garage doors. New keypad and buttons in garage installed. Reviewed how everything worked and even went through how to change the code on the keypad. Made sure I didn't have any questions before they left. Cleaned up work area and removed old units. Great service at a reasonable price.

He also provided estimates on some of the components on the doors/opener that would likely need repair/replacement in the future, without any attempt to hard sell the repairs at this time.
