Our door was out of line,wobbly,and needed rollers with bearings . We had four other employees come out but the problem was never fixed it also was out of line,would not open all the way. My husband is disable and I really was blessed that Barry Deschamps took the time and effort to FINALLY solve the problem. Barry really cares and does a professional job the first time. Great service from Kris. He called, as he was available sooner than scheduled - which worked out great for us. When he arrived, he was quickly able to diagnose the problem and offered us many options and solutions, and knowing the cost, he understood if we wanted to digest the information and/or seek other options before making a commitment to complete the service. But ultimately, because of all the information, we felt we were able to make an informed decision and choose one of the service options from Precision during the service call. We are super happy with that decision, as our garage door is fixed and better than new. No hassle, no headache with our money was well spent Thank you so much!

First called overhead door ( their name was on our garage door). Was told ten days before we can get there. Door is stuck down, cars in the garage. So, obviously that’s not going to work. So, I called precision door. They were able to look at it same day. They give a 2 hour window, and will call you before they are coming. That beats having to sit home for two hours and wait. Greatly appreciate that approach. Adrian showed up and was quick to diagnose the door. Unfortunately my door had some non standard stuff that he didn’t have. No worries, he would grab it and come back the next day at 4. Adrian showed back up the next day, and had me back in service quickly. Pricing was discussed up front, and their were no surprises. Adrian was great, very nice and a great guy to talk to. Five stars all the way around.
