The cord that you pull to release the opener when the electricity is off was broken off. The tech did service the opener but did not put a new cord on. I was disappointed to find that when I got home. My husband was here when the tech did the service I'm thinking he did not mention it to Scott but assumed the tech would have checked all.

Nicholas was prompt. The main concern is that the tech tried to sell us over $900 in parts. He never checked the opener pad and said we needed a new motor and it would cost $900 plus. Come to find out we did not need the motor and just needed the opener pad on the wall. We will not be using this company again.

I contacted the company by phone and told the operator that I had a Martin garage door and that one of the springs had broken. I was told that a technician would arrive with replacement springs and the the cost would be a service fee plus the cost of the springs.The Technician arrived inspected the door got made a phone call and told me that he had no idea how to replace or repair the broken spring on my Martin garage door then said he was sorry and had to change me a service fee. Then he said he could right a quoat to replace the entire tension system for over $1000. Very unsatisfied!!
