Love all the light this garage door gives and it is so much more quieter than the one we had. One issue we have is the gap between the door and the cement floor not happy with that. I wish he could have fixed the gap or offer an idea

We did not have a broken garage door spring. I had phoned to ask about replacement of a garage door opener that was not working. The openers are about 8 years old, so we have gotten good service and time to replace them. I ordered two from the company. I would never phone anyone about a garage door, garage door opener, etc. except Precision Door Service. Staff are always very polite, knowledgeable, and conscientious. In the past I have referred neighbors to Precision Door for service because I know from experience that they are first class people doing first class work ! Thanks for your help.

Great response. The techs came out about an hour after I placed the call. They were able to diagnose the problem and do a complete rebuild of the spring and roller systems immediately. Great experience with Precision! The first repair was done by Sean and he was on time and professional. He pointed out that our 1994 garage door was tired and in need of replacing. After an informative consult, we decided to purchase a door. A month later the parts were all in and technician Nick arrived to do the install.
