Actually Scott replaced a garage door opener for me that evidently fried in a power outage Monday. Scott was very professional and efficient. He walked me through all the new controls and made the change over seem very easy. I will highly recommend Scott and Precision Door to deal with any garage door problems.

Nicholas was prompt. The main concern is that the tech tried to sell us over $900 in parts. He never checked the opener pad and said we needed a new motor and it would cost $900 plus. Come to find out we did not need the motor and just needed the opener pad on the wall. We will not be using this company again.

I contacted the company by phone and told the operator that I had a Martin garage door and that one of the springs had broken. I was told that a technician would arrive with replacement springs and the the cost would be a service fee plus the cost of the springs.The Technician arrived inspected the door got made a phone call and told me that he had no idea how to replace or repair the broken spring on my Martin garage door then said he was sorry and had to change me a service fee. Then he said he could right a quoat to replace the entire tension system for over $1000. Very unsatisfied!!
