I was quoted over the phone 1 garage spring replacement, all parts and labor and a new electric garage door opener with a push button opener and wall mount for under $500 and a gentleman shows up and wants to upgrade my broken spring rail and pulleys for double my over the phone quote and then another 700+ for the original quote for a automatic door opener installed i felt bad for the guy to waist his time to drive an hour and get sent back because the over the phone quote was inaccurate I’m very disappointed and not impressed

The whole process from my call to corporate, the arrival of the tech and the completed repair, was excellent. Christian was clear, concise, competent and quick. He identified the reason for the doors not opening or closing properly, and then fixed it. The corporate representative was very friendly when she answered my call. She listened to my concern, and immediately scheduled someone to arrive between 4 -6 PM. Christian called prior to arriving at 4:15. Both employees with whom I dealt were excellent.
