Great service from Kris. He called, as he was available sooner than scheduled - which worked out great for us. When he arrived, he was quickly able to diagnose the problem and offered us many options and solutions, and knowing the cost, he understood if we wanted to digest the information and/or seek other options before making a commitment to complete the service. But ultimately, because of all the information, we felt we were able to make an informed decision and choose one of the service options from Precision during the service call. We are super happy with that decision, as our garage door is fixed and better than new. No hassle, no headache with our money was well spent Thank you so much!
