Jaylon was excellent. He let us know when he would arrive. Arrived on time. Reviewed the issues with us, shared options, prepared an estimate, reviewed it with us, told us how much time he thought he would need, used less time than expected, assisted with programming the new pad (he could reach the "learn" button and generally made sure all we wanted had been completed as we wanted it to be completed. He was polite, kind, thorough and efficient. We enjoyed him! Treat him well! He is a find!
