none of the services listed above are correct. We were answering a "special Offer" for a check up. I am a little upset due to the fact that you did not inform Nicholas of what the service was. I feel like we did not get service for the price even though it was supposed to be a special offer. this is in no way the fault of Nicholas.

Nicholas Saccoman is a wonder technician. He changed out my battery with lightning speed. Which I had in backwards🤷🏻‍♀️for the low low price of $150. Your company is a rip off. I am a senor citizen on a fixed income. So it really put a bite in my grocery money. I don’t think the company should have charged me. The full price. That’s just wrong. Shame on you. But as your tech. Said. That’s just way the world is now. Shame on you. I will not call you again. And I will not recommend your company to anyone.

We received a coupon from your company for a garage door opener tuneup for $59.95. Nowhere on the coupon did it say that did not include technician time. We were charged 180 dollars for this service call. I think your ad is misleading also, we don’t think he changed the battery since it was not listed on the invoice.

Stephen Beck from the Spokane Valley office was absolutely fantastic. He came out and reprogrammed my three garage doors then got me new remotes. He suggested a keypad remote for the space we use for equipment only. It made sense to have that done. I highly recommend Precision all your garage door needs.

Brand New Doors delivered and installed from start to finish in 2.5 hours! Kevin, Cory and Joe were super friendly, respectful and obviously well-trained professionals. For repairs or for full replacement like we did, look no further! (The initial repair was done in November and got us through with no more issues. We replaced the doors because they were past their prime.)
