I recently purchased two garage doors (including instalation). The salesperson (Aaron S.) described the products and installation in a very professional and personable way, such that it was easy to place my confidence in him. (I had intended to get three proposals and choose between them, but after meeting and talking with Aaron, I ordered the doors from him without seeking comparable proposals (something I always do on major purchases. The installation crew arrived as scheduled and proceeded with the installation. The lead tech left the premises before the installation was completed, and left the trainee to finish installing the second door and interface with the buyer (me). The installation was inferior in a number of ways, and I expressed that to the trainee as he was departing. He was extremely polite and respectful, and will no doubt be a good installer in time. He was polite and listened and demonstrated a concern for customer input. Today Aaron S. returned to view the installation, and immediately set things in motion to be rectified next week. I have full confidence in Aaron (he represents you well) and would recommend him to my friends for future garage door replacement and service work.
