My Tech Sean was very polite and professional. He explained what work he performed, and different things that would at sometime need to be addressed. My garage door has never been this quiet. All I know is being a widow and senior citizen I felt very comfortable talking with him. There wasn’t ever a upscale tactic. Great company from the day I called and spoke with Cameron who was very personable and of course Sean. I was gone for a week and there was a power outage that screwed with the garage door. Called Precision in the evening and they had a technician Adrian Workman there first thing in the morning. He even called me in advance and helped me troubleshoot a few things before swinging over. I couldn't have asked for better service. I'm now at work and able to get on with my day thanks to Precision!
