did a great job as Precision techs always do. This was a big job and I think you should use two techs for safety's sake and easier install. Charge me a littel more to have two men install. These are heavy panels.

Although the initial total for the repair was higher than we originally anticipated (other items that needed fixing), he took the time to walk us through each item and different options available for repair. I live in Spokane Valley, WA. I lost my husband of 32.5 years on 7/26. Among other things to cope with, my garage door was malfunctioning. Sean arrived early due to finishing a job sooner than expected. He empathized with my loss and even helped take some of the things out of my husband's truck in the driveway and put them in the garage so they wouldn't get stolen. Sean went over and above in correcting my problem in a timely, courteous manner and it was truly like an angel was sent to me to make things better with minimal expense. He was very detail-oriented and took time to explain everything.
