My garage door was sticking and not opening all the way. Service person came as scheduled. Of course the door did not stick when he was here! He lubed the door and re-programmed the opener. Work was done professionally and looks great. There was an issue that caused the job not to be finished until the next day. That for me was not a problem, those things happen. The only problem I had was getting a text for a survey when no one had communicated to me that the job was completed. I just had to find out when I got home and tried it.

I was told that Sean Smith would be arriving to fix my garage door between 9:00 and 11:00. He called just before 9:30 and said he would be at my home in about 15 minutes and he was! Ben did most of the repairs while Sean, a very personable young man, explained what had to be done. He broke down the figures so I knew exactly what I was paying for and, when he discovered my late husband had been in the Service, took 10% off my bill!

The problem was diagnosed right away. Fairly easy because it was a broken spring. It was recommended that I have a two spring system rather than an one spring as it was installed. One of my garage door openers had broken so it was replaced. Also my garage door was given a good servicing.

Cables, cable gears, metal pipe, and bearings. All were either bad or worn to an extent that they would eventually fail and cause another service call. They technicians did an excellent repair service. They explained everything I needed to know in laymens terms. The door works exactly as it should. I replaced the locking mechanism as was suggested. It now locks as well.
