Very pleased with Precision of Spokane. Response to our call was rapid and Ben Cain was an excellent technician. The broken spring was repaired promptly and we were able to get some other work done on another overhead door that needed new bottom rubber stripping. A+ to Ben and Precision Overhead Door. Thomas was great. Unfortunately the wrong tech was sent this morning, we needed a commercial door tech. Fortunately I had another property with a door problem so he was able to go to that job. When the commercial door tech showed up, our springs were bigger than what he had in their truck as well as inventory in their shop. Still have a broken door, will send full review once fixed. Techs were great and good customer service, only unfortunate thing was inventory available to do the job.
