Sorry I've not answered this email. I am not happy with repair. Large gaps on side. Cutting up a hose and putting it through the bottom seal is not how I feel was done properly. At the time I wasn't quite sure what was being accomplished. You have done great job in past when we lived out at Valleyford WA but can't say the same for this repain

Precision Garage Door came out the same day and replaced the broken spring, added another spring to keep the torsion balanced, replaced the bearings, and cables. Their work has a five year guarantee.
