We arranged through Home Warranty to have our garage door repaired. When we called precision door, they send a technician out the same day. Unfortunately what was wrong with our garage door was not covered by Home Warranty. The technician, Sean Yarling, was a courteous, professional, and had the job done within an hour. Recently, I have a new garage door after 20 years, and would be happy to do business with precision garage door again.

Four and 1/2 years ago Precision Door replaced the spring on my garage door and it had just begun sticking. They set up an appointment for the next day and arrived on time just after a phone call saying they were on their way. A pleasant young man checked everything out and it was just gunky and needing lubrication. He lubed it, turned up the power (who knew?) and showed me what to do next time. Pleasant experience. Twice. I will call again if I need garage door help.

I was home till 12:15 Tuesday november 15th and home all day November 16th! This driver never showed up. PS i was also told Monday November 14th by receptionist the driver would show up Wednesday Nov 16th from10am til 12pm... I have the text confirmation to prove it.. To my chagrin- I am very unhappy with Precision Doors. thank you for the lousy Misleading service.

As the owner of the property, I am not happy that the tech shared an “opinion” with my tenant. He claimed the door may have not even have come down on the car and the top buckle may have just given way. I expect a tech to come out, provide a service and communicate w me only, the owner of the property. Secondly, I was expecting s secondary service, maintenance on the chains and the bill to separated. I was expecting a call for payment when I could hv confirmed that part of the job done. That would have given the tech another opportunity to perform the maintenance. Please share with all techs and consider calling for payment again so the payee can be informed. Would be better to get questions answered before the tech left the site.
