As an aftermath of the hailstorm, my garage door had to be replaced. Barry was the rep who came and assessed what needed to be done. Even though I was one of many who needed to replace the garage door he took the time to explain options and answer all my questions. I received timely email updates as to the progress of my order, which due to supply chain issues caused delivery to be a few weeks out. The door was delivered and installed by Joey. Joey did an outstanding job removing the old door, springs, hardware, etc. and then installing the new door. The door is such an improvement! It is a quality product. I appreciate the professionalism of both Barry and Joey. Each were knowledgeable about the product and their respective roles. The door is a great product. It enhances the house beautifully and is so quiet in operation. I also love the fact that this company stands behind their product and will be available should there be any issues in the future. I have three top-of-the-line garage door openers. All I asked is for you to provide labor to install them. You quoted me more than $1600 for the service. At most it would take six hours. That is outrageous and complete thievery. I am very sad to know a company that would try to take advantage of its clients like this.

Kevin Bewick was the tech, not Jesse Way. I had panel #3 damaged from hail. The tech was to install a new replacement panel. Kevin brought a panel #1 with him so he had to remove the bottom rubber seal. That left small holes in it from where the screws were used. Kevin didn't have any way to seal the holes. He assured me that those holes wouldn't let any water get into the door panel. I am concerned about future failure of the door panel. I just want to get on record my concern.
