There were several problems associated with the track. The previous installer missed a lot of loose and in some cases did not have tracking attached to the wall. Nicholas resolved all of the mistakes and gave us a beautiful tracking garage door. I will recommend Nicholas and precision door service to others. He did a fabulous job. Horrible follow through on replacement of 3 garage doors and openers. Doors and openers ordered in September were installed in February, but the window inserts and hardware (bought and paid for) would need to be installed later. Started calling in mid-March and was told several times that windows should be in within days. For the past week or two, I cannot even make contact with this company - calls go to voicemail and after several minutes, the line goes dead. Be very careful in contracting with this company, they're very happy to take your money but seem uninterested in job completion!

Very pleased with this company. Garage door would not stay closed this morning and I was in a pinch. Stephen was able to come out within a couple hours and he did great work! He is knowledgeable, thorough, and a very nice guy. Repairs like these are costly but it was time and the end product is amazing. I didn't know garage door openers are supposed to be quiet!
