Adrian was awesome - explained everything perfectly and was very honest with his quote. Had everything he needed and repair was done quickly and efficiently. Called at 6:45pm the night prior and repair was done by 10am the next day. Highly recommend.

Precision has sent out 3 different techs over the last few months to try to resolve my garage door problem. Shawn, Adrian, and Stephen have all presented themselves as thoughtful and concerned repairmen. I can only say how much I've appreciated their attempts to solve an ongoing problem with the door being stubborn in not closing completely.
