Living in an old house, we've been slammed with major repairs/replacements. Kris got us past the initial sticker shock and was very professional in his work. Time will tell how reliable the new opener is. So far there seem to be many more bells and whistles than the 30 yr. old model that died.

Adrian was personable and professional. He was able to come earlier than the time that was originally scheduled. He checked out why the door was not opening, explaining and showing me what the problem was. He gave me the options for fixing the problem both immediate and long range.
