Your technician was promptly on time. He assessed the broken spring problem and other issues. He compiled a thorough list of options and price points to address the issues. We are retired Seniors and over the years I’ve had the need to deal with a number of garage door issues at different properties. I’m no expert in garage door repair but I can say I’ve felt Up Sold in the past. Christian was the opposite. Truly an expert technical guy who answered all my many questions patiently and with enough specificity to allow me to make a correct decision for us. The tech ( Dana) provided next day service and professional repair. As of this date( four days later than service), I still have not received an invoice for the repair service made out to me, the home owner and client. In addition, it appears I was charged $15.51 for a credit card transaction even though I paid with a check.
