Adrian showed up on time and incredibly professional. He addressed the problem with garage door opener, safety concerns that needed to be brought to code, communicated all repairs clearly and why they needed to be done, and promptly fixed all issues in less time than quoted. We now have a working garage door and 2 new remotes all in the same day as requested. My wife and I are extremely happy with the service provided and very appreciative to have worked with such a friendly and professional in Adrian. Job well done and thank you!

Service tech provided several quotes with various service options, although some of the suggested services were outside of current budget it provided me with a savings goal for additional services at a later date. Our tech Scott was on time (called en route). He inspected and evaluated our garage door and opener. He then educated me on its proper operation, preventative maintenance, and what to be aware of and what to do in case of a failure before making some minor adjustments and lubricating the key components. He left me with a quick contact label and busines card affixed over the garage door opener on the wall for an easy reminder who to call in the future. Scott was professional, knowledgeable, spoke to me in non- technical terms when necessary, making it easy for me to understand. He's an asset to the company. Thanks again Scott.
