Wow! Quick service, pleasant staff and great results - what a welcome change. I called Precision because my garage door was not closing correctly. The individual who answered the phone at Precision was very polite and helpful - a great attitude. She assigned a technician to come out that day, within a 2 hour window! Not only did Barry the technician call first to let me know he would arrive shortly, his professional demeanor and quick results were a wonderful experience. He showed me everything he did to fix the problem and offered some suggestions for on-going simple maintenance. I am extremely impressed. Good morning: Mr. Carlson was right on time, clean cut, nice and very knowledgeable. We hadn't ever had our garage door maintained purchasing it from you folks in 2013. Not good. Additionally the recent power outage for six hours had me in a pickle. I had an appointment to attend to and had manually opened the garage door causing some major problems.
