There were several problems associated with the track. The previous installer missed a lot of loose and in some cases did not have tracking attached to the wall. Very pleased with this company. Garage door would not stay closed this morning and I was in a pinch. Stephen was able to come out within a couple hours and he did great work! He is knowledgeable, thorough, and a very nice guy. Repairs like these are costly but it was time and the end product is amazing. I didn't know garage door openers are supposed to be quiet!
