Thank you. The broken spring was a result of a worn-out garage door. Precision staff put on a band-aid while a new door was ordered and installed. The process went exactly as promised. Our ancient garage door openers were beginning to fail. We called several other companies only to find they were booked out months. I called and booked an appt with precision garage doors and within 48 hours they were out, to diagnose the problems. We opted to replace all 3 openers, 1 spring and get a touchpad installed outside the garage. The technician, Jared, was great. He worked efficiently, kept everything clean and tidy and kept us informed of what he was doing. Then he gave its an in service on how to use the keypad and the remotes. He guided me through the set up of syncing with my jeep. Great service, great price and great product. Will definitely recommend them to others in the future!

Awesome service!! Called for an service call before 1 pm today, the garage door tech (Garrett) arrived at 2 pm, and by 3 pm, my garage door was repaired with new parts!! I was very pleased with Precision Doors. Michael Thomas was the technician who installed our doors. He was on time, kept us posted as to when to expect him. He cleaned up everything after he was done. There was a small glitch with the door openers and Michael came right back to fix everything. I would higly recommend Precision Doors for repairs and installation of doors. Everyone that I dealt with was polite and friendly.
