Thank you for responding so quickly. Anthony explained my options and was extremely nice and expert in his replacement of my broken door spring and the bottom seal. I thank him for a quick and expert job. I did have a question for you. Your company installed my garage door he worked on. Was anything covered by your lifetime guarantee? Kris is professional & knowledgeable, he knows his stuff. I've used Kris and Precision several times and it's always a great experience. He's done a couple of installations and a few fixes, and we've been happy with the work every time. Strong recommendation!

Repair existing door. Adrian does a great job and had my garage door in working order in no time The door was stuck in an open position and Precision scheduled same day repair (on a Sunday) I am having them come back and replace my other garag door motor. Definitely five stars

The person who came out and installed was not the person who sold me the garage door. So I am sorry but I don't remember their names. Both we very professional and nice. The person who installed the garage door was really good and knowledgeable. he made sure I have latches and handles added to the door for easier opening of closing the door. He was very good and cleaned up after his work. That is something I appreciate.

Scott came over on time and was very professional and worked quick to correct the mistake of the first installation technician. There was a bar hanging down so low it scraped my head but Scott cut it down to an appropriate length. Very nice and professional guy!
