It is my greatest pleasure to give the technicians who responded to this service a 5 Star Rating - they were quick to respond, very knowledgeable in their repair service, and gave suggestions that were easy to follow on future repairs (should any be needed) to include a replacement garage door opener system. Sean was absolutely wonderful to work with and did an excellent job in explaining what was happening with my old opener and a couple of opinions available for me. The issue I HAD WAS WITH YOUR CALL CENTER....what a joke....with the great employees out there like Sean I wonder why you have the call center as your initial contact for potential customers. Talk about easy. Called in scheduled a 2 hour window appointment time. Aaron called ahead with advamce notice when to expect him. Told me what his thoughts were, had him write me up an estimate and we went from there. Talk about quick and easy.

Very satisfied with the quick response of Precision getting a repair man to my place to fix my garage door that would not close. Adrian was very polite, professional and got my door fixed and made sure would open and close properly. Also made sure I would be able to close it on my own if it happened again. I cannot compliment Aaron enough. What an asset to your company. I thought I would need two panels replaced after a vehicle hit my door. The door was very hard to open upon my return home, even harder to close and it was not secure. Aaron advised the door had been discontinued so I was prepared for a new door. He further inspected it and stated he could repair it if I was not concerned with the cosmetics ( dent on outside ). He was able to adjust the cable roll, place the door back in the track, align the bottom and oiled everything in about 15 minutes. He was concerned for my safety and well-being The door works as it did when new. As a retired, single woman his courtesy, professionalism and concern was exemplary. When the door is replaced I will call you. Relayed my experience to two friends today and they were also impressed with your service. How refreshing to experience incredible customer service.
