Both Steve and I are extremely happy with the service we received. Adrian was able to come here an hour or so before the scheduled service time. What a great guy! He is extremely knowledgeable and articulate (and not just about garage doors). Adrian was able to explain the problem and provide us with a couple of solutions. In order to paint our garage door we had to disconnect it from the motor. The door would not stay up and would slam down. This was a dangerous condition that had to be corrected. We called Precision to adjust the springs which they had replaced roughly three years ago. Technician Adrian responded and quickly diagnosed the problem as incorrect, overly powerful springs being installed. Adrian installed new springs and adjusted the door balance at no charge. This honesty is very refreshing. We are very impressed with Adrian's professionalism and Precisions customer service.
