Called Precision and they sent someone out to give an estimate quickly and installed both doors, tracks, motors everything for two 16ft doors the next week. David did a really good job on the install, the doors are tight, squeek free, and they look really good. They definitely show how dirty the rest of the house is. Great work!

Precision of Spokane was timely and excellent in their rapid response to our request for a damage assessment and an estimate for repairs/replacement to our large garage door which was left unsecured and exposed the interior to the outside elements from the damage. So far we are very impressed with their contact process, service dispatch and evaluation procedures. Additionally, Tom was friendly, experienced and we already have our detailed written estimate only an hour and a half after their onsite assessment. Initially, we felt this type of provider would be a cookie-cutter, impersonal experience but it WAS NOT. Wow, I was extremely impressed with both his professionalism and candor. He arrived earlier than I expected, which was awesome as I was basically stranded at home because my vehicle was in my garage. He preformed a through row inspection and provided me with an explanation to why my door mechanism failed along with several options for repair. I have since shared what he told me with several other fellow friends/homeowners. I would totally recommend your company too anyone locally that ask me for a recommendation for repairs/inspections in the future.
