Overall, I am pleased with my experience with Precision Door. I stupidly drove into my garage door and bent it badly halfway open- Precision had three men here same day to force it closed so it at least wouldn't be halfway open all night. They charged a fee for that and a down payment for ordering a new door. 3 weeks later my new door arrived from Seattle and Precision brought it over and installed it and I paid the rest. A month or two later, I got a surprise call from Precision asking to schedule a visit to check that the door was working and to make any necessary tweaks. A few small adjustments were made, free of charge. Con: Fixing my door was very expensive but it seems to be the going rate, albeit perhaps slightly on the higher end. Pro: Precision Door showed up super fast, communicated promptly, returned my calls, and the techs were all friendly and professional. A+ for customer service. My new garage door is working great. If I have any further issues I plan to return to Precision.

Jaylon,tech,called and advised me about what time he would be getting to my house and he was right on time. He was very respectful and explained what the garage doors needed after listening to them open and close. They just needed lube and tune. He did a great job. These doors are only 2 years old and I don’t think they have been this quiet after Jaylon sprayed the lube on them. I will be using this company again and asking for Jaylon.

I was quoted over the phone 1 garage spring replacement, all parts and labor and a new electric garage door opener with a push button opener and wall mount for under $500 and a gentleman shows up and wants to upgrade my broken spring rail and pulleys for double my over the phone quote and then another 700+ for the original quote for a automatic door opener installed i felt bad for the guy to waist his time to drive an hour and get sent back because the over the phone quote was inaccurate I’m very disappointed and not impressed

The whole process from my call to corporate, the arrival of the tech and the completed repair, was excellent. Christian was clear, concise, competent and quick. He identified the reason for the doors not opening or closing properly, and then fixed it. The corporate representative was very friendly when she answered my call. She listened to my concern, and immediately scheduled someone to arrive between 4 -6 PM. Christian called prior to arriving at 4:15. Both employees with whom I dealt were excellent. Steve arrived on time, was polite, knowledgeable and didn't push any sale. He gave me quotes for possible services that will need done at some point but didn't push them to be done now. I will definitely call him back when I am ready for installing the new opener this summer.

However; true to their word I went online and went to the appt scheduler at about 1 pm and got an appt for this afternoon with a call from the technician at 3 letting me know he was on his way.
