I had a great encounter with Benjamin (Ben), today, when my garage door spring broke yesterday. I was offered a call time of 10-12. Ben called me @ 8:40 to say he had finished his previous job early and could be @ my place in about 17 minutes. Sure enough, here he was, 18 minutes later. Ben was VERY professional, super courteous, and REALLY knew what he was doing. I watched as he worked, because I am always curious to see other professionals do their thing well, and he made this job, that may have actually hurt me, look like a cake walk. After another 20 minute actual conversation, I feel like I have a new friend/acquaintance. I have been BLOWN away by the service I have received from Precision Door, and especially my interaction with Ben on this particular service call. Took him all of 15 minutes to perform the service, but the expertise and general good manner of this gentleman makes him a star in my opinion. Precision Door, take care of this guy as LONG as he is here, and then maybe afterward!

I appreciate the professionalism of your company in servicing and fixing my garage door last week. Not only did you respond quickly to my call for service, but you sent a photo and personal background of the repairman who was on his way to our house. In these uncertain times, that extra touch for security's sake was impressive. And your repairman, Steve Williams, was superb. He quickly serviced our garage door. And ran back to Spokane to get material to fix a trim problem that occurred when my wife accidentally scrape the inside of the garage backing her car out. I was impressed by Steve's professionalism, too. All in all, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend your company to others. And I will certainly put Precision Door Service on my annual list for service. Tim Sweet is our guy... we needed a quote on a new door/installation. We have a two year old Precision opener that is in top shape... thanks, Andy. Tim gave us a great quote, now we have to run it by the HOA to get their approval. As soon as we get the approval, we'll order it up. Tim is friendly, knowledgable, and professional.
